A welcome distraction....








Volunteer Cathrine and I are hard at work tidying up around the reserve and moving stone for the dry stone walls. So when the ringers bought over a sparrowhawk we were delighted to go and see it get processed.








The bird was one of three present on the island. At least one has been terrorising the Gulls and feral pigeons for about a week! These birds feed on small birds. The bird was born this year.
